HRMT 623
This experience matches mid level MBA Graduate students specializing in HR Strategy with clients who would benefit from in-depth analysis around an HR process. Learners will apply their knowledge of HR forecasting, succession management, change management, and strategic international HRM. The focus is on aligning HR strategies with business objectives, and enabling students to offer data-driven recommendations that enhance organizational effectiveness without direct implementation.

Talent Management
HRMT 622
Looking to elevate your organization, and bring it to the next level? Bring on students from University Canada West to be your student-consultants, in a project-based experience. Students will work on one main project over the course of the semester, connecting with you as needed with virtual communication tools. Students in this program wish to understand contemporary organizations, their work culture and the role of HR within the Canadian workplace. Taking a research based approach, students can participate in and contribute to the development of strategies, policies, procedures, required to successfully operate in a business context. Students also critically examine the key OBHR tools considered as set of business “best practices” to support and advise managers/leaders, employees to be successful in the Canadian work environment.
